Can I change or cancel my order?
In an effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible, we begin creating it as soon as your order is submitted. Orders can have a 24 hour window to be cancelled. Please check your order for accuracy before submitting.
What’s your return policy?
Due to the custom nature of our product it is important that you carefully review your order prior to submitting it. We guarantee the quality of our product. We will replace any defects or errors on our part at no charge, but we do not accept returns or exchanges for your incorrect selections of items, sizes, designs, spelling, etc. If you have any questions while placing an order, please contact us so we can make sure that your order is accurate.
When will my order be printed and shipped?
Orders are estimated to ship in 3-5 weeks. After orders have been printed and shipped, please allow 3-7 business days for domestic orders and 2-4 weeks for international orders to arrive. We're working hard to deliver on time during these circumstances - deliveries may be affected due to Covid-19. Please contact us with any questions.
What is sale tax on my order?
Orders placed in the UK and EU will be charged a 20% tax for VAT. US orders in Michigan, New York, California and Florida will be charged a state tax.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an order confirmation via email upon placing your order. Once your order is printed & packed, you will receive a second email that includes a tracking number with a link so you can follow the delivery status of the package.
What if I have an issue with my order?
If there are any issues with your order, you have 30 days from the date of shipment to contact our team to address your concerns. Kindly note that we are not responsible for any damages to any merchandise once the item has been worn or washed.
